Fantastic service and friendly staff. Always make pets and owners feel welcome. Staff always give you their full attention whilst treating pets with the 100% care and respect they deserve. Always happy to offer you services but never not try to pressure you into buying anything if you say no. Would not take my pets anywhere else. Thank you Hillman Vets.

Excellent veterinary practice, caring towards animals and clear and helpful when explaining treatment options. Pet health club is great value for money and ensures my cats have regular check ups.

Not impressed since they joined independent vetcare, check their page, the first mission statement is to grow business and income... Used to be very good but have had issues with unnecessary treatments which for a rescue dog came in at four hundred quid rather than the spaying originally asked for, then when that invariably failed, still had to pay for the spay, it's a shame because the staff are amazing, just the business model stinks.....

I used this clinic 10 years ago with my first Bunny they saved her life ,and that I'll always be at there dept , I now take my bunny to have regular teeth trims and my Kitty's and the staff are fantastic the only downside is I think they could be a little cheaper with consultations ,but I can not fault this practice ,a vet called Sarah saved fudgies life and she was a horse vet I just wish I could thank her again ,although fudge is no longer with me and Sarah no longer works at the practice as far as I know

Came home from work and found a badly injured pigeon outside my house. Phoned the surgery at ten to seven just before they were due to close. Explained what the problem was and they waited for me to catch the bird and bring it in to them. Waiting for me when I pulled up. Spoke to the bird like it was someone's prize pet. Just goes to show that it's not always about the money but sometimes it's about true care and welfare. Shame I can't give them 6 stars. In fact, yes I give them 6 stars.

This vets is the best vets by far I have ever visited. My elderly cat was poorly, and Anna the vet went above and beyond for her, she treated my cat as if it were here own, with compassion and love. She didn't force any un necessary tests or proceadures on us and was so thorough at every visit, taking to time to explain to us what she thought. Unfortunately my cat was very old and had to be put to sleep in the end, and Anna and the other girls made this process as nice as it could have been, they gave me time with her, I was able to hold her until the very end, they then gave me more time with her. We were not rushed at all. I really and eternally greatful to Anna and the other staff members. I have also had to take my poorly chicken to the Arbouretum branch recently and they got me in just before they closed as it was an emergency. I saw a vet called Julie who again was amazing! I recommend this practice to all my friends and family.
